When you find yourself reacting to something that doesn’t deserve your energy, say:
“my peace is more important”.
Peace is a priority.
Remove yourself from toxicity.
Release all that no longer serves you.
You are in control of what is and is not in your life. The behaviors of others cannot destroy your inner peace;
only you are in control of that.
Remember peace is not the absence of conflict, it is the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means with love and acceptance.
